Her work is her passion. Her work is her love. She does it for the people, for the culture.Dr. Rema knew her calling in kindergarten. She naturally leads with love, deliberately, intentionally changing the world through schools. Her research and extensive experience allow her to link theory to practice. As a scholar-activist, praxis is the ultimate goal as Dr. Rema strives for connection and excellence to impact how leaders lead, teachers teach, students succeed, and parents participate. Through her scholarship, Dr. Rema means to infect readers with empathy, compassion, confidence, a critical lens to read the world, and a determination to abandon fear. Love. Transformative love in schools is her objective.
